Your account

Sign up at https://oprema.ladisk.si with an email address and choose the lab you work in. The form also asks whether you are a student: answer yes and it asks who your mentor is, and staff never see the question again. The account then waits for a manager to approve it, and until that happens the app shows an “awaiting approval” page rather than the catalogue.

Signing up never grants more than the lowest tier. A manager decides the lab and the mentor when approving; roles above User are set by an admin afterwards.

If you have been blocked, the same page says so. Ask a lab administrator.

The five things worth knowing

Scan the sticker

Every item has a QR label reading LA-####. A phone camera opens that item’s page directly, which is faster than searching for it.

Take it out on the item’s page

Choose where the equipment will be used and press Check out. Only the location is required.

Bring it back the same way

Press Check back in, either on the item’s page or in the list under Mine.

The catalogue is the record

Current location and current holder live only here. The spreadsheet the catalogue was imported from records the item’s permanent keeping place and nothing about who has it now.

Mine is your page

What you have out, notices addressed to you, what you have asked other labs for, your bookings, and your preferences.

Language and appearance

The interface is available in English, Slovenian and Italian; the selector sits at the bottom of every page and the choice is remembered for your session.

Equipment names, categories, manufacturers, specification labels and locations are shown exactly as the spreadsheet records them, in every language. They are data rather than interface text, and translating them would invent a second name for the same object.

The light and dark toggle sits beside the language selector and follows your system setting until you choose otherwise.
